Elsa Palmieri - “L’Orage”

"L'Orage" is Elsa Palmieri debut album, following "Baby Blues and Lady Shoes" an EP with ambient music produced to get her child to fall asleep. More song-oriented, while still instrumental "L'Orage" will also evoke dreamscapes reminiscent of 80s Horror films, acapulco beach parties and New Wave B-Sides. Realized entirely with analog equipment that Elsa Palmieri inherited from her mother, a french electronic music pioneer, "L'Orage" feels at times like a lost B-Movie Soundtrack. While its mood is mostly dark like the bretonian winter or a neon city night, tracks like "Revelle" or "Caméléon" also offer a comforting side.
